Julie Dourron, RN, BSN
With more than two decades of experience in the medical field, Julie Dourron, RN, BSN, has built an accomplished career combining clinical expertise, medical leadership, advanced aesthetic techniques, and a passion for helping others look and feel their best.
Julie began her career as a Registered Nurse, spending over six years specializing in Labor and Delivery, including serving as a Charge Nurse. She went on to spend 16 years as Chief Operating Officer of a high-volume, high-risk OB/GYN practice, overseeing clinical operations, patient care, and medical practice management.
Building upon her extensive medical background, Julie pursued her passion for aesthetic medicine and founded Fine Line Aesthetics, where she specializes in advanced injectable treatments, facial rejuvenation, and non-surgical cosmetic enhancements. Her expertise includes neurotoxins, dermal fillers, facial balancing, Sculptra, Radiesse, PDO threads, and regenerative aesthetic treatments.
In addition to her clinical practice, Julie is an accomplished National Aesthetic Trainer and Educator, with over five years of experience training medical professionals in advanced injection techniques, facial anatomy, and aesthetic procedures. She has served as a hands-on instructor for respected industry organizations, including Empire Medical Training, Prollenium, and Galderma, educating providers throughout Georgia, Florida, and New York.
Julie has completed extensive specialized training through Empire Medical Training, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), Prollenium, Galderma, and Viola Threads. Her commitment to continuing education allows her to stay at the forefront of evolving aesthetic techniques and patient safety standards.
Recognized for her artistic eye, attention to detail, and personalized approach, Julie believes the most beautiful aesthetic results are those that enhance a patient’s natural features while maintaining facial harmony and individuality.

Outside of her professional life, Julie is a proud mother of two children currently attending college. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she treasures spending quality time with her loved ones.
When she’s not caring for patients, Julie enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time outdoors, and soaking up the sunshine whenever possible. A lover of warm weather and new adventures, she appreciates everything from relaxing days outside to exploring new destinations. She’s also a devoted dog mom to two dogs who bring plenty of love and personality to her life.
