What is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a cosmetic treatment that leverages your body’s healing process to improve your complexion and correct flaws on the surface of the skin. The treatment creates miniscule microinjuries in the skin that trigger the production of collagen. This tightens the skin to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, as well as to diminish scars, age spots, and much more. Our microneedling treatments utilize the AQUAGOLD® fine touch™, a device that administers the desired amount of solution just under the dermis at a consistent depth.
What is the AQUAGOLD® fine touch™?
The AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ is a patented gold-plated hair-fine needle system that delivers solutions into the skin at the optimal depth. One of the biggest benefits of using the AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ during microneedling treatments is the fact that it is painless. Using this tool, the filler, drug or biologic, is introduced to the skin at a consistent depth over a large surface area.

What Should I Expect from My Microneedling Facials?
We use the MD Needle Pen for our microneedling facials. The instrument is designed with a series of micro needles that penetrate the skin to a specific depth. Most patients describe the sensation as having fine sandpaper gently drawn across the skin. The channels that are created in the skin are so small that bleeding does not even occur. After the treatment, your skin may have a mild reddish appearance for the first few days. You notice gradual improvements as the new collagen develops.
How Long Do the Results Last?
Microneedling does stimulate collagen production, but it does not stop the aging process. Collagen does break down, even in the youngest skin. We recommend that you have periodic maintenance treatments to keep your skin looking young and healthy.
How Much Does Microneedling Cost in Atlanta, GA?
The cost of medical spa procedures, including microneedling, varies by patient based on several factors. During your initial consultation, our team will discuss the cost of your procedure and share information about our financing options.
